Self locking device with rigid guide – AC 520 system is designed to prevent fall from high for two people. System is integrated to the aluminum – steel ladder with single rail and is dedicated to be set on fixed structures such as chimneys, towers, masts or buildings. Fundamental part of the system is self blocking mechanism that can be fastened on rigid guide. It allows user to move vertically in a safe way. Self locking mechanism with the shape of trolley can be set on central guide of the ladder. The trolley prevents sudden fall form high. It has also integrated energy absorber which reduces dynamic force beneath 6nK in case of fall. Shape of the trolley prevent before wrong set up on the guide. System consist of 3 meters length segments so one can easy set up length of the whole system on a certain structure. Trolley can go smoothly through the ladder segments with no need of being removed from the guide. Protection is guaranteed on whole length of the ladder. AC 510 system is conformed to PN-EN353 standard.
