HEAVY DUTY TRAINING TOOL WITH INTENSE FLAMES
 
Ignite the propane-based flames and have full command of each training evolution with the instructor’s controller. Create passenger compartment, engine, wheel-well and boot fires at the push of a button.
The Intensity of the flames can be changed at any time and fires can be set to spread to multiple zones with the instructor’s controller. Run evolution after evolution, challenging firefighters to meet your training objectives. Teach car firefighting fundamentals including apparatus staging, advancing hose lines, approach and attack tactics as well as accessing the engine, passenger and boot compartments whilst staying safe.
 
THE SYSTEM INCLUDES:
Hoseline Training System;
includes a stainless steel continuous burn forced air pilot control box with four burn zones for realistic fire simulation; stainless steel movable fire tray; and control  console that interfaces between props and upstream propane and power supply, complete with built-in E-Stop button.
Car Prop;
used in conjunction with the Hoseline Training System. Constructed with ¼” heavy-duty steel in the direct fire impingement areas, and finished with heat-resistant paint. Dimensions: 12’6” length x 5’ 6” width x 4’6” height.
OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS
Stainless Steel Upgrade
Upgrade mild steel to stainless steel frame and panels throughout the entire vehicle prop.
Pry-able Bonnet
Conduct forcible bonnet entry drills with the Pry-able and Roll-able bonnet Option.
Smashable Headlights
Conduct engine compartment extinguishing drills with the Smashable Headlights Option. Specially designed headlight holes in the grill allow for drills of varying difficulty with different types of metal headlight plates.
Integrated Vehicle Smoke

• Industrial grade smoke generator allows you to add realistic smoke effects during your training session.
• 4,000 cubic ft/minute to zero visibility smoke output.
• Integrated design produces smoke around the car. Smoke generator is built into the car training prop, with protective heat shielding for optimal long term performance.

Wireless Control
Rugged, industrial grade hand-held wireless remote control. Controls fire simulation systems including four fire zones, add-on fires, and optional features such as smoke and sound effects. E-stop button for rapid shutdown.
Cooling System
Integrated cooling system allows for long duration fire simulations while minimising steel fatigue and wear. Ideal for use when practicing positioning of apparatus, angle of attack, and stretching the proper hose lines etc. while the car remains fully involved.
Sound Effects
Digital sound effects for the vehicle fire system including 8 pre-programmed sounds. Instructor can add additional sounds via USB interface. Can be controlled by the instructor via the mobile console or wireless prop remote control.
