Triple Air
Triple -Air- Integrated air supply system
Rotem Health & Safety is proud to present a new development: the Triple Air Integrated air supply system. The product offers a low pressure compressor for up to six users with the capability of automatic or manual switches to instigate the supply of air from compressed air cylinders.
The system has a triple protection mechanism in specific situations which include:
- Break of external air supply source
- Electrical power failures
- Failure in the compressor unit
The system combines 3 different options for air supply, all of which provide the users with the air required as well as providing a visual and audio alert in emergency situations.
Option no.1: Initiated function from the cascade or from filtration unit
This option is required in areas where air cannot be compressed due to lack of oxygen or in places where there is not an electrical infrastructure.
Option no.2: (default) working with low-pressure compressor.
Option no.3: working with the cascade structure in situations of operational failure:
In these situations the system will send a visual and audio indication at 103 dB.
The system can function directly from the air cylinders; (with a combined air capacity of 10,800 liters) overriding the compressor when there is a possible concern about the compressor itself
The system is portable and has raising/lifting anchors attached.
System Description
- low pressure compressor with flow rate of 120 gallons /minute (900 LPM) for each user ( up to 6 users)
- Stainless steel case provides quiet working (70db)
- 4 air cylinders with pressure of 300atm and volume of 9 (WATER) and 2700 liters of air each, and housed in a unique frame device, main regulator includes lowering the pressure to a value of 6-8 atm. The clock indicators, the condition of the cylinders and whistle alert start to work if the pressure in the tank drops under 55atm
- Air filter unit allows direct work from standard airline (industrial air) and provides air according to EN 12021 standard
